Made of unbreakable melamine plastic, these 10" personalized plates encourage learning by featuring the child's first and last name, birth date and 26 animals holding the letters of the alphabet. Made in the USA, this educational plate is dishwasher safe, so it can be used every day. It is not recommended for the microwave. It's a perfect gift to complement the My Very Own Name personalized storybook! For boys and girls ages 0-10.

Maximum 15 characters for the first name, 15 characters for the middle name, and another 15 characters for the last name.

If you would like the plate to commemorate another special date instead of the child's birth date, simply select that date instead of the birth date.

This animal plate is green for both boys and girls. We also offer a Pink Personalized Fairy Plate for girls.

The personalized plate slides into this designer box and reveals the child's name and birth date through the round window. A gold bow finishes the keepsake box to make the perfect gift! $4.95 for box and bow.
